Warren began his career in commercial marketing, but fell in love with fundraising after volunteering for The Salvation Army. He subsequently joined Robejohn as an Account Executive, eighteen years ago, before working his way up through the business to become co-owner. A natural organiser, an insightful thinker and a passionate fundraiser, he thrives on delivering our clients a highly agile, responsive and efficient client service experience.
Esther Faircloth

Combining natural agility and a process driven approach to project management, with an instinct for seeing how the big picture and devilish detail intersect and interact, Esther is the wizard that makes all of our trains run on time. She’s also an experienced and talented account manager with over 8 years’ experience in marketing, production, and fundraising, including at CBM Australia.
Nikki Kerridge

Nikki is a highly accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience gained on the agency and client sides. After an earlier stint at Robejohn, Nikki moved to World Vision, then Save the Children, where she was Head of Individual Giving; Donor Development. Returning to Robejohn in 2024, Nikki brings a formidable blend of knowledge, strategic talent, and team-leading agility to her clients.

As an award-winning copywriter and creative director with over 25 years’ international fundraising experience, he has helped hundreds of charities raise their creative bar, and in the process, hundreds of millions of dollars for their cause.

With over 25 years’ experience as a direct response marketer and fundraiser at every level, Jay has a proven track-record of success in our sector.

After graduating university with an enviable crop of academic awards feathering her cap, Bekii began her career in events marketing. However, she knew her heart and future lay in the non-profit sector, and leaped at the chance to join our dynamic team. A naturally talented organiser with a head for business and a passion for making the world a better place, Bekii has an exciting career in fundraising ahead of her.

The guardian of excellence across all Robejohn visual output, Kristen is talented designer and artist, who works closely with Jules in the ideation and conceptual development space. With over 10 years’ experience in design and fundraising, Kristen has a natural flair for pushing a tight brief and tighter corporate guidelines to places that surprise and delight our clients and their supporters alike.
Lauren Mummé

Lauren is an award-winning designer who thrives on new ideas, bold colour schemes and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the world. With fifteen years’ design experience gained in three countries around the world, she’s used to working within the strictest of global brand guidelines to generate fresh ideas and creative solutions for our clients.
Yoko Baxter

Yoko has over 13 years’ design experience in the non-profit sector, including a stint as a freelancer before joining Robejohn. Consequently, she’s a design dynamo, who combines speed, agility, and flexibility, with a natural eye for unexpected creative solutions to tricky design problems. Yoko believes passionately that design can be a powerful tool for change in the world.

With over 10 years’ experience in fundraising, supporter care and direct marketing, Jess is hugely passionate about truly donor-centric communication. Having written for many of Australia and New Zealand’s leading non-profits, she believes passionately that great fundraising is both science and art… “when you get the balance right, it’s magic,” she says.
Madeleine Nance

Madeleine began her fundraising career on the client side, running fundraising programs for animal welfare and child health charities, before fulfilling her true calling as a talented fundraising copywriter. Madeleine is particularly adept at digital content writing, and especially loves writing engaging, donor-centric copy for organisations driven by Christian faith.
Kim Landy

Storytelling and curation are key components of the creative service we provide, and Kim plays a major role in this area. She excels at capturing small moments of subtlety that tell the deepest of tales – photography capable of elevating fundraising to places clichéd stock imagery can never go. The result is richer storytelling, better creative, and deeper donor engagement.
