Kathy has a long and proven track record in initiating and managing Donor Loyalty Programs. Her expertise encompasses many aspects of marketing and fundraising, including strategic planning and development of Annual Giving Programs, Corporate Gift Programs, Major Gift Appeals, Fundraising Audits and Feasibilities, Database Analysis and Creative Development. Kathy has helped many non-profit organisations, large and small, to achieve their dreams and goals.
In 1987 Kathy formed Robejohn & Associates and leads a team of dedicated direct marketing professionals who are committed to social marketing for the betterment of our society. The company's mission is to build special relationships between donors and organisations, which enable donors to participate effectively in caring for people in need in our community.
Kathy has been an active member of FIA (Fundraising Institute of Australia) since 1981 and made a Fellow of the Institute in 1999. Kathy has also served as a Victorian Branch Chairman and National Councillor of The Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA).
Leo Orland - Account Director
Leo has been a professional fundraiser for 25 years. He is an Account Director and partner of Robejohn & Associates, with clients such as CCF International, ChildFund New Zealand, Brotherhood of St Laurence, Salvation Army, Able Australia Services, Austin Health and the ONJCCA.
Previously he was the Relationship Marketing Manager for World Vision Australia for 14 years; Marketing Director for World Vision Thailand for two years; and Fundraising Manager for Yooralla Society of Victoria for three years.
In that time Leo has helped raise millions of dollars for various causes.
His work involves him in strategic planning, implementation of direct marketing programs especially direct mail, marketing audits, and development and training of fundraisers.
Leo has been a member of the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) for more than 20 years. A former President of Chapter One and a lead Tutor in the FIA Skills 2 training program.
He has a Bachelor of Theology, Diploma of Arts (Media Studies), Certificate of Business (Advertising), Certificate of Advertising Copywriting.
